Q: What is a Limited Edition print, Artist Proof, Press Proof and/or Conservation Issue print?
A: Limited Edition Print - An edition of prints with a set amount of the numbers of prints that are published. After the print run, the printing plates are destroyed and no more of that print will ever be made.
Artist Proof - Traditionally they were the prints that the artist and the pressman agreed on as the best color. These were set aside and labeled as Artist Proofs or Press Proofs. They are basically the same print, but a higher value because of a lower amount in the edition size. The print is usually labeled with an A/P.
Press Proof - The same as an Artist Proof except a lower quantity and even higher value. These are usually labeled P/P.
Conservation Issue - Same value as a regular print, but usually set aside for conservation groups. Often, these are only available to the highest bidder at an auction (For example: at a Ducks Unlimited banquet).

Q: What is an Iris Giclee Print?
A: Normally these prints are very limited because of the unique printing process. They are individually printed with a process of computerized air brushing. These prints very much resemble the original painting on canvas.
Q: Can I return an item that is damaged, not satisfactory, or I just don't want?
A: Yes, any item damaged in shipment, does not meet your satisfaction, or if you just don't like it, it can be returned or replaced, just give us a call at (256)773-7893.
Q: What happens if the item I order is not available?
A: We will call you before we run your credit card or deposit checks and see if you would like to substitute it for another item.
Q: How are shipping charges calculated?
A: Shipping charges vary according to product type and destination. Some gift items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.
If your print is oversize or your painting needs to be sent in a wooden box, there can be an additional charge.
Most items are shipped via UPS (because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software). Larger items are generally shipped via common carrier, and require higher shipping rates. Select products offer an express shipping option. In most cases, this rapid delivery requires an additional fee.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days, sometimes 4-7 days.
Q: Can I have an order shipped to my Post Office Box?
A: Yes. While we ship the vast majority of Larry's artwork via UPS, and your order arrives faster that way, we can mail orders too. We can also deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses. On overseas orders for items such as a T-shirt, the mail is much more reasonable.
Q: Can I ship my order to a different address?
A: Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.
Q: How will my print(s) or other items be shipped?
A: We ship all of our prints flat so there will be curling effect to your print as a result of packaging.
Q: Can I use my PayPal account for payment?
